This principle works in two directions today: inward, when companies use AI operationally to reorganise processes, decisions and capacity - and outward, when AI itself becomes the gatekeeper of perception, trust and market access.

The same method I use to analyze digital traces for law enforcement helps companies understand how AI classifies their brand, how that turns into decisions, and where communication, processes or systems need to be rebuilt.
