Digital behavioral traces yield insights that have strategic impact – developed over two decades at the intersection of data, psychology and practice.
Steven Broschart combines AI engineering with digital strategy. He leads, advises and develops – for over twenty years at the intersection of data, behavior and technology.
At cyberpromote in Munich, he heads consulting mandates as Director Digital Strategy for companies such as Microsoft, Allianz, eis.de and the Ehrlich Brothers. Under his responsibility, e-commerce revenues have grown a hundredfold. His focus lies in integrating AI into business models, data-driven strategy development and senior consulting with over ten years of leadership experience.
In parallel, he is developing spectralQ.ai, an AI platform that brings together digital signals from over 25 sources – including search behavior, satellite imagery, air traffic, seismic data and financial markets – on a shared timeline. At its core stands an autonomous multi-agent system with hypothesis generation and systematic counter-evidence testing.
His work on digital behavioral traces led him into investigative contexts early on. He has cooperated with German law enforcement agencies, including the LKA Hessen, and advises ZDF formats such as Terra X History and ZDFzoom. This combination of data analysis, strategy and research has produced six specialist books, most recently Putins digitale Front (Axel Springer, held in the collection of the Deutscher Bundestag) as well as Die kognokrate Gesellschaft (2026).
