I decipher behavior on the web and translate complex data signals into strategically usable knowledge — for journalism, security agencies and digital communication.
Steven Broschart combines AI engineering with digital strategy. He leads, advises and builds – for over twenty years at the intersection of data, behavior and technology.
At cyberpromote in Munich, he heads consulting mandates as Director Digital Strategy for companies such as Microsoft, Allianz, eis.de and the Ehrlich Brothers. Under his responsibility, e-commerce revenues have grown a hundredfold. Focus areas: AI integration into business models, data-driven strategy development, senior consulting with over ten years of leadership experience.
In parallel, he is developing spectralQ.ai, an AI platform that triangulates digital signals from over 25 sources – search behavior, satellite imagery, air traffic, seismic data, financial markets – on a shared timeline. At its core is an autonomous multi-agent system with hypothesis generation and systematic counter-evidence testing.
His work on digital behavioral traces led him into investigative contexts early on: he has cooperated with German law enforcement agencies – including the LKA Hessen – and advises ZDF formats such as Terra X History and ZDFzoom. This combination of data analysis, strategy and research has produced six specialist books, most recently Putins digitale Front (Axel Springer, held in the collection of the Deutscher Bundestag) and Die kognokrate Gesellschaft (2026).
